Managing Partner
Mr. Hodges is the founder and Managing Director of New Market Partners. George formed New Market Partners in 2002 as a division of El Banco de Nuestra Comunidad®, where he also served as Chief Marketing Officer. Under Georges’ leadership, New Market Partners transitioned into an independent consulting firm following the sale of El Banco to a community bank in 2007.
Prior to joining El Banco and forming New Market Partners, George acquired his in-depth strategic and retail marketing skills over a 14-year career with The Coca-Cola Company, where he managed a portfolio of 14 national brands and worked with a wide range of national retail chains, specializing in underserved and niche markets. His accomplishments included transforming POWERaDE® into the second largest sports drink brand in the United States, and launching new brands, flavors and product line extensions for national retail customers.
